Your privacy is of utmost importance to me! I will not give your name,
email address, or mailing address out to anyone for any reason. I do not
have access to your banking/financial information during online payments.

transmission of information and safe transactions.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted in original condition, within one week after
receiving the item, for refund or store credit, minus shipping costs.
Please return items with postal delivery confirmation.
GUARANTEE
All dolls, their clothes, and quilts are guaranteed to be completely
handmade. Each doll is one of a kind; no two dolls are exactly alike.
Quilts are also one of a kind. The pictures shown are of the actual dolls
and quilts for sale in each ad.
PAYMENT
Personal checks, business checks, and money orders are my preferred
methods of payment. All credit card payments and e-checks are accepted
via secure check out with paypal.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs are stated in each item description. Items are shipped
via USPS Parcel Post within the United States. Shipping is always
combined for shipping discounts, email for revised shipping quote on
multiple purchases. A combined invoice will be emailed to you.
Insurance is available, please add $1.35 to total price if desired.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Worldwide shipping is available, please email your country of origin
for postage costs. Overseas buyers must use paypal for payment.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are available. If you see doll/s or quilt/s that you like,
but, would like different colored hair, eyes, and/or skin tone, or a
specific theme or color for the outfits or quilts, please email me.
I can usually accommodate most requests.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All dolls are stuffed with crafter's poly-fill; 100% polyester,
non-allergenic, flame retardant, non-bunching, and extra resilient.
All dolls and quilts featured in matched sets are available for
purchase individually, please email me if you'd like to buy part of a set.
All dolls and quilts are subject to prior sale.
